1. CLEAN INSTALL OF MC.

2. Open Minecraft Appdata Folder.
-Windowskey + R
-type %appdata%
-hit enter
-find .minecraft
-open it
-???
-Profit 
3. Open TEHPACK.zip.
4. Open TEHPACK folder.
5. Open RUN THIS THING FIRST FOLDER.
6. Copy Forge-blahblahblah into your .minecraft folder.
7. Run it.
8. Make sure INSTALL CLIENT is checked.
9. Hit OK.
10. It'll do a buncha stuff. Don't worry. Click ok, or whatever, when it's done.
11. Run Minecraft the usual way. When the launcher opens, click the dropdown that says PROFILE and select FORGE.
12. Hit play.
13. As soon as you get to the main menu, quit the game.
14. Go back to the .minecraft folder, and open the MODS folder.
15. Go back to the TEHPACK folder inside the TEHPACK zip, and copy everything from it (1.7.10 folder) into the MODS folder.
16. Delete the RUN THIS FIRST folder if you didn't think to just not copy that folder, lol.
17. Close all the folders.
18. Run MC again (make sure the FORGE profile is the one you're still in).
19. It'll take 20 years to load.
20. Add a new multiplayer server with THIS IP: 173.72.201.37:25565
It should say YOLOSWAG in the description. If not, scream and panic.
