Year 2576. The Earth Federation is stuck in a century-long conflict with an alien race. Since both sides have approximately the same number of troops and space ships, no side boasted a major victory in years. But this situation is likely to change. The Earth Federation intelligence sources intercepted a message that informed about completion of a new alien nuclear reactor space ship that runs on tirbine crystals. The crystals are sometimes found in some asteroids. The uniqueness of the spaceship is that it is capable of slowing time down in an area that surrounds it. Thus, the ship drops out of the regular timeframe and is practically invincible to enemy fire, because it moves too fast and fires too rapidly for the target to be able to dodge. Unfortunately the tirbine crystals are almost exclusively present in the asteroid belts on the alien side. The good news (sort of) is that you are (the only) Earth dweller there at the moment. So don't worry about the tirbine crystal supply. Remember, the fate of the entire planet Earth is now up to you. Hijack the new alien prototype ship at any cost and deliver it back to Earth no matter how difficult it may be. Our scientists need to study it to be able to win aliens. Good luck!
"Back To Earth 2" is a space arcade scrolling shooter, far superior to other games in this genre. The game is split into 8 episodes, each made of 4 levels. Although there is no clear division between the levels, the final level of each episode ends with a battle with a new alien boss. "Back To Earth2" features no offensive or questionable content and is warmly greeted by all kinds of gamers.
